Job description: As an Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a full range of Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapy Assistant services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapist/ Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly.
• A sense of professional curiosity, with a desire to learn new things, and to find/recommend solutions to problems.
