Job Description: iCAN Staffing Agency is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance, support, and companionship to individuals who require help with their daily activities due to aging, illness, or disability. Your care and commitment will enhance the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities: • Assist with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Provide companionship and emotional support. • Help with mobility and transfers. • Prepare and serve meals. • Perform light housekeeping tasks. • Monitor the client's health and report any changes to the care coordinator. • Follow all agency policies and procedures. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience as a caregiver is preferred but not always required. • CPR and First Aid certification may be required. • Compassion, patience, and empathy for the needs of elderly or disabled individuals. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if transportation is part of the role). • Ability to lift and assist with transfers (if required by the position).
